I fell in love with Phantom of the Opera when I first saw it. I was way younger then. Couldn't do anything about my new found love. Eventually, I lost it.

Until this past weekend, I saw the movie. My love is back. Only difference is, I can do something about it now!
I am so smitten over these...[click the eyes. the first eye has a music link. it so purty!]

This weekend has been such a blur, I don't even remember what I did. O_O Brain fart occurences have been more and more frequent.

THURSDAY:
School. Then work. Then dinner with Amy and her friends and her Mango Pudding at Norm's. (The prices are cheap, but so is the food. Ack.)It's somebody else's turn to blush. Muhaha. Btw, he is NOT the Frog Prince!

FRIDAY:
The morning was spent at CalTech Children's Center, working my practicum hours. Kids are so much fun. ^_^ Work afterwards. After work, Wei-Han came over so we could work on our group project over AIM with the other group members. Finished up around 8. Took her to church and headed over to Puente Hills to meet up with the other 3 at Frisco's. Seriously, those skirts are SO short. I wonder if they ever fall and moon the customers. (Extra tips!) The end of the dinner, we were trying to decide on a movie.

And the choices were...
1.) Phantom of the Opera [Sara & Hollie]
2.) National Treasure [Jason & Hollie]
3.) Spanglish [Sara & Jason & Hollie]

We were too late for Spanglish, so toss up between Phantom and National Treasure. It was fun watching Sara and Jason debate over the movie. In the end, I won! I got to see the movie I wanted to see. ^_^ National Treasure. I wanted to see all three. It was a pretty good movie, very patriotic. ;D

SATURDAY:
I got home rather late the night before and was looking forward to sleeping in. Not! Familia was screaming and stomping at 8 in the frickin' morning. I was SO tired. I got up to catch up on some homework. Sara picked me up at 4 and we headed over to my Aunty's house to take the kids to the park. (I have pictures!) The kids had so much fun. There were some pretty aggressive Moms there. This kid was waiting for our swing, but I didn't know, so I put Paige on it. The kid ran back to the mother and she started yelling at him to get the swing back. She even PUSHED him. He didn't want to, so Paige stayed on. Afterwards, we met up with the guys for some dinner at ___________'s. The BEST horchata I have ever tasted. Better than Uncle Robby's Famosa Horchata. ^_^ Went back to the Loser's house and hung out for a bit. Sara and I were getting a bit tired, so we went home.
Before hitting the sack, I wrote a note to my mom and left it on the kitchen table for her to read in the morning.
Here's what it said.

PLEASE TRY YOUR BEST TO BE QUIET.
(IF NOT, I WILL BE JUST AS QUIET AS YOU WERE TOMORROW NIGHT, WHEN I COME HOME LATE.)

SUNDAY:
That did the trick. :D But then, I had to wake up early for church anyways. Booo. After church, came home to a rather organized house. Something was up. My parents were having another party. As DB would say, "GEEBUS!" I prepared for the arrival of their friends. I had a big enough supply of water and snacks for my room. (So I won't have to go out into the kitchen, while they're there.) I did some more homework. More like, watched Everybody has a Secret. :D [Kirsten said must watch before coming into work on Monday so we can discuss with each other what we thought of the movie.] It's pretty funny. A korean version of Sex and the City. [Reminds me of Kelly. Which reminds me of ass nipples. (_o_|_o_)] Sara called and said she was comin' over. I jumped in her car and fled the parent's party scene...game of MJ, Karaoke, dancing, and movie (HOuse of Flying Daggers). While we waited for the guys to get back from Costco, but of course, Sara and I decided to satisfy our craving for some Coldstone's. Oh so yummy! We got really hooked up. ;D We ordered 3 middle sizes. We paid for 2 small sizes. Scoooore! Muhahaa. We picked up the Loser and headed over to the Long Beach Town Center for some Peruvian food with Derek. :P (Derek: Thanks for the gift. Cows all the way, baby! I know EXACTLY what to get you for your birthday. Cows rule.) We were stuffed. Nothing like a game of air hockey! I kicked ass. Which reminds me...SOMEONE owes me 10 slaps on the butt. Raincheck? ;D

I have to pee. Quick recap.
After that. We went to Loser's house. Watched House of Flying Daggers. She took forever to die. Went home around two.

MONDAY:
Called in and said I was going to be late. Could not wake up. Went to work. Stayed there till 6, when original plan was to leave at 2. Whoops. Times flies when you're having fun.

Okay done. I have to peeee!

Gazing up into the darkness I saw myself as a creature driven and derided by vanity; and my eyes burned with anguish and anger.

One quick post before I re-organize my room and get some homework done.

This weekend was loads of fun. Woke up extremely late (well, at 11. Extremely late for me at least.) Amy stopped by my house to pick up some books, but ended up staying to chat a bit. By 1, I had to kick her out cause I was suppose to be meeting up with Sar and Damon at 2 and I haven't even gotten to taking down the Christmas stuff yet. And so, that was my reason for being late. Oops? :D

I picked up Sara, 40 minutes late, and we headed over to Damon's house. Turns out, Damon and Jason were going to join us in baking and decorating some gingerbread cookies from scratch (courtesy of Sara) with Paige and Evan. They gave up going to the carshow to bake cookies with kids. Awww! How absolutely sugar of them. Paige was rather shy at first with the guys. The only thing she said to them was "Damon GauGau, Jason GauGau". Within an hour, she was climbing all over them. These guys looked SOOO cute with Paige and Evan. :*) Like I tell Shelby, "These are your chick magnets. Guys look extremely hot wearing babies."

Sara is made outta sugar cause all this was her idea! Paige and Evan had SO much fun. Thank yous Sara, Damon, and Jason for a great ass time! (Some ass nipples for Kel Kel (_o_|_o_) with the mention of ass.)

Btw, Damon made a L0s3R gingerbread girl for himself. Now that's, hot stuff. *Sizzle* ;D

After 3 hours of baking and decorating, we were covered in powder and gingerbread dough was stuck to the bottoms of our socks, we headed out to Old Town for some Buca's. It was raining hard. Hard as a _______. (Muhaha..you so perverted.) Stupid Pasadena has street lights that don't do their job. I, seriously, could NOT see. It's like me driving without my glasses. For a while there, I was being greedy and driving in 2 lanes at once. I almost ran into a traffic cone that came outta nowhere. Fearing for the lives of my dear ol' pals, I let Damon and Jason take over. (But ha! Jason ended up being just as a greedy as me. 2 lanes at once, baby.)

"Sunday morning, rain is falling." Literally.
Sunday morning...errand running! Our plan was...

1.) Target
2.) Santa Anita mall
3.) Chinatown
4.) Carshow

What actually happened. Everything BUT the carshow. Sorry guys! I guess we took a bit too long with the shopping. :D Heeeeeeee. It was raining as hard as a _______ again, so Jason took over the part from Santa Anita to Chinatown. Plus, I was getting a wee bit tired from driving in the rain. :D After Chinatown, we went home to pick up Sara's stuff for her trek back to the apartment. I dropped then off and went home to change my socks. I no likey a wet socks. We picked up two of Sara's roomies, Bea and Charity, and drove to Beverly Hills to Jason's cousin's restaurant, ShangHai Grill. That was the best "American-washed" Chinese food I've ever had. MmmmMmmm..mongolian beef. If it weren't for the good service, the quietness, the clean plates, the perfumed menus, I would have thought we were in a chinese chinese restaurant. :P I was SO full. After dinner, the 3 of us headed home. Was home around 10:30, caught up on some reading, and was in bed by midnight.

And THAT, my friend, was my day.
(Heehee, so much for my "short" entry.)

OH frick...Vegas pictures are not posted. I'm beginning to sound a lot like Kelly.)

I haven't updated for a while, huh?

Things have been busy. School started on Monday. Did I mention how much I miss winter break? I'm having a lot of trouble waking up earlier this quarter. I was able to sleep in till 9 on Mondays and Wednesdays and till whenever on Tuesdays and Thursdays last quarter. Now I have to be up at 7 on Mondays and Wednesdays and 8 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am so sleepy.

Oh yea...Vegas pictures. I still have to upload. Maybe I'll do that this weekend before all the reading/tests/papers/practicum all start rolling in.

And so, I better get cracking on that reading. Help meeeeeeeeeeee.

Just a Thought:
(Stupid L0s3r, call me a FOB for all I care) but I wanna go to Hong Kong again!
Y ^_^ Y Heehee. Something about that city has me going back there.

Sara: Hope you feel better, cupcake.
